Volunteer Opportunities
If you are looking for a way to get involved in a worthwhile cause and help children overcome their grief due to a loss of someone very close to them, this may be the ideal volunteer opportunity. Whether you’re a man or woman, a young adult or more mature — we’ll help you find a home for that need to “give back to the community”.
Volunteer Qualifications
All volunteers are required to complete an application, interview, and orientation.Volunteer Opportunities include:
- Big Buddy - a volunteer who is paired with a child for the weekend/day
- Support Volunteer - someone who gives blocks of time during the weekend/day to help set up various activities and keep the program running smoothly
- Junior Volunteer - a sixteen or seventeen-year-old who plays a supportive role in assigned activities
